DINO FAIR - KEYBOARDS, VOCALS

CBMA INSTUMENTALIST OF THE YEAR - 2007

Dino started his music career at the age of 5 in Seattle, Washington
playing Accordion. At the age of 15 he started playing professionally
 with local bands out of Charlotte, NC. This led to the formation of
The Fantastic Shakers regional recording show band, which Dino
co-owned and operated for 20 years. Since leaving the band he has
played around The Grand Strand in various venues. Dino also spent one
year as back-up entertainer at The Dixie Stampede and two years as the
Music Director/Keyboardist for the Atlanta Braves single A affiliate
Myrtle Beach Pelicans. While with The Shakers Dino performed with
such groups as: The Beach Boys, LaToya Jackson, Willie Nelson,
Four Tops, Temptations, Chubby Checker, Pointer Sisters, Delbert McClinton,
Alabama, Otis Day and The Knights, Martha Reeves and The Vandellas
and many, many more.                                             

BUTCH BARNES - VOCALS, SAX


                                  
In 1975, while pursuing a degree in music from Pfeiffer College in Misenheimer, NC Butch began his professional career as a saxophonist and vocalist at Carowinds Theme Park in Charlotte, NC.
From 1975 until 1980 he worked with Songbird, the house band at Carowinds. In 1980, Butch joined the Band of Oz.  During his first stint with the band, Butch co-wrote Super Summer that was on the first album. After five years Butch left the group to pursue other  interests.  He returned to the Band of Oz in 1991 - 2005. Butch performed on all of the group’s albums and various recordings by other bands such as - Coastline, Rickey Godfrey Band, Tin Tymes, Big John Thompson, Jimmy Hall,
Mike Stewart, Memphis All Stars, Dink Perry, Billy Scott, Breeze Band just to name a few. In April of 2005 Butch joined Sea-Cruz.

 



 


Allie Privette - Vocals


Allie Privette was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC.

She worked as a certified orthodontic assistant after attending Fayetteville Technical Community College.  While she loved her job, Allie always had a passion for singing.  This led her to be a guest singer with some of the greatest beach music bands on the East Coast.

It wasn't long before the public and fellow musicians took notice of Allie's stage presence and talents.

Sea Cruz came calling in October, 2011 and Allie joined one of the most talented groups in Beach Music.  

Allie's energy and ability to entertain, not to mention her smile, will win over fans both young and old.




SEA-CRUZ is a group for every occasion whether playing traditional favorites and middle of the road selections dressed in formal attire or clad in casual wear playing your favorite beach and  variety selections. They cater to your requests, interact and get your crowd involved with unsurpassed personality. SEA-CRUZ wasted no time with the release of their chart topping song “You Bring Out The Boogie In Me”. Then came “Baby I’m Yours/Make Me Your Baby” SEA-CRUZ CD (Maiden Voyage) came out April 18, 2002. In September of 2002 SEA-CRUZ released “Shake Your Hips” on the (New Friends, New Music CD). September of 2003 a new song was released on the RIPETE label. The name of the CD was Beach Party 2.   The song was “Love Don’t Grow On A Love Tree” “Baby Say Yes” released in November 2003 on THE BEST OF THE CAMMY AWARDS compilation CD. Their new CD (Full Steam Ahead!) was released July 23, 2004. Featuring: Room At The Top, We Can Love, New York City, Let The Music Play, A Fool In Love, Full Steam Ahead and many more! Look for a new CD from Sea-Cruz in 2009.
 
New releases by Sea-Cruz "Open Arms" on if tens gonna kill me...give me nine CD, "I Don't Want No Man" on Locals Only CD, "Let It Roll" on Keep On Shaggin CD, "A Little Meat On The Side" on Locals Too CD. Oure newest release is "Walk Away From Love" on Forever Summer CD. All of Sea-Cruz recordings appear on the KHP Music Label.
 
2012 Sea-Cruz released "Think It Over" on a compliation CD on KHP Music. The CD is Coast To Coast - The Music Lives On.
 
Since 2002 Sea-Cruz has had numerous nominations at the Carolina Beach Music Awards (CBMA). Sea-Cruz has been honored to win the following awards:
Sea-Cruz: New Artist of the Year 2002.
